Do not go here if you want seafood or decent fries..everything was frozen and my family was very disappointed...my omelette and homefries were quite good and i hear that the homemade biscuits are great...but when my meal came i was told they were out...still got charged for it...didn't care...we were ready to go...a long wait for a very lackluster meal. We won't be back.

Every time I get to Vero Beach, I have to have breakfast at Kountry Kitchen. No frills here, just good food at reasonable prices. I always order traditional breakfasts here(eggs, sausage, biscuits, etc) and have never been disappointed.

OK breakfast for the price. It took a long time for us to get out food which I'm not used to for breakfast. The food was good and the price was fair. Pancakes were very good, eggs were good, they did charge extra for a grilled English muffin which I thought was a bit strange. Homefries were nothing special, just avergae homefries. Our waitress was seen very little, which was difficult when we needed extra silverware and napkins. We would probably go back and try it again for breakfast for brunch. Nothing to write home about but not bad either.

Enjoyed an excellent breakfast and was greeted by extremely friendly waitress. The breakfast special, Bacon and cheese omelette, was prepared perfectly. Will definitely be going back again.

It's okay but Ya'know what they say......it's hard to screw up breakfast.....the place is old and not the cleanest I've been to but the food will eat.....

Husband and I had breakfast here this morning. We love to find local mom and pop places. This is a good find. Excellent service! Good coffee and cups stayed full even though they were swamped. The tables were bused and cleaned immediately. I had the quiche. It was fabulous! Note:The fruit cup is not fresh fruit it's canned. Excellent experience.

Breakfast food may be the best way to go here. We tried the fish, the clams, the shrimp and it was all terrible. Frozen grocery store meals have more flavor. My wife had an omlet that looked ok, but that was the highlight of our visit. Service was slow to boot. The place was packed when we got there, so someone likes the food there. We won't be back to find out what they ate though.

Best breakfast in Central Florida. Classic 1930's Florida Diner. Fair prices. Mostly regulars, but tourists should give it a try.

I had high expectations for Kountry Kitchen prior to visiting, so I was especially bummed out after experiencing their overall poorly cooked food and lackluster service. Yes, they have quite the specials, but then there's signs on the wall mentioning keeping your "free refill" to only one, and that they can no longer serve bottomless coffee on certain days of the week. Seriously? About the food...overall low quality. My scrambled eggs clearly needed a few more seconds on the pan and were soupy and unappetizing. My pancakes on the other were almost at the point of being burnt (I prefer light pancakes, but everyone is different). Once I finished eating, my waitress seemed uninterested in refilling my beverages. I wouldn't eat here again.

Wow, I can't believe I have neglected to Yelp Kountry Kitchen until today!! This is probably as close to diner food as you can get in this town...specials every day, breakfast served until closing, and slices of pies and cakes in a display. Not being shiny silver and open 24 hours are the only difference. :) We have friends visiting from the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area and the one who has been to Kountry Kitchen with us on previous visits insisted we go this morning for breakfast so our other friends can have the experience. I ordered from the specials board...2 eggs, country fried steak, potatoes, and toast. Very good as usual. One friend ordered biscuits with his meal and they were huge! You just can't beat the prices for a table service breakfast or lunch. I took pics of the menu (one side is entirely breakfast) which did not turn out well but the one of the specials board will give an example of the choices and the great rates. Service is great but be prepared for a bit of a wait if it is crowded (which is most times...VERY popular place) and the iced tea is fresh brewed. One out of three coffee drinkers did not care for the coffee. I am a tea drinker and it's very good so sticking with my 5 stars.:) We originally found this place through a review in the paper...they raved then and it's still ravable...and now Yelpable. :)

The food was decent and service was satisfactory. However, a restaurant that offers breakfast all day, should not be out of home fries and biscuits at 10:30 AM. For that reason alone, I will not be a returning customer.

This place was on the hotel favorite list. So we went. Was a lil tricky to find, but we did. Coffee is excellent. Gotta say it's memorial day and it's busy so service was slow. But damm the food was worth the wait. I will be back...

Good food and good prices. The breakfast food is one of my favorites around town. I would definitely recommend this place for good ole diner food.

Love this place, we could tell upon arriving at 9:30 on a weekday it was a local favorite by the busy parking lot. The scrambled eggs were perfect. Not too runny or dry and the bacon was extra crispy and my daughters pancakes were fluffy. Definitely recommend it.
